Painting and Decorator required for a property services company tasked with domestic refurbishments within Council property's and schools around the Cardiff area.


Role:


  • Painting and Decorating on domestic and commercial property's
  • Painting works with aspects of multitrade
  • Planned maintenance

Requirements for the Property Maintenance Role:

  • Previous experience working as a multi-tradesman doing this type of work
  • Ability to complete required works as above
  • Driving Licence essential with no points
  • Basic Own tools required, specialist tools provided when needed
