We are looking for passionate Care Assistants, working days/nights supporting management & permanent staff in each establishment in the day to day tasks of each home.

Nightingales Care Service LTD is looking for carers to join our growing team of carers, covering homes across the Lancashire Region.

A positive caring professional with experience in caring for residents with dementia.
A keen eye and exceptional attention to detail.
Good time management skills.
Ability to develop relationships with residents and carers, and where appropriate, friends and family.
Someone who is motivated and takes pride in their work.
To follow instructions accurately from management (i.e Manager, Deputy

Manager, Senior Nurse, Senior Carer) in the day to day running of eachindividual home.

To provide assistance with washing/bathing and dressing.
To prepare meals, drinks, and snacks, as and when necessary.
To provide assistance with toileting and changing clothes, as and when

necessary.

To provide assistance with daily living tasks, including cleaning, shopping, and

paying finances.

To adhere by Nightingales Care Service Ltd Health and Safety policies.

Enhanced DBS checks to be taken. E-Learning courses to be completed.
