Our client have been in the industry for over 20 years and we have been supplying them staff for 4+years


They have a fantastic success rate for temporary staff becoming permanent which could lead to further promotions as long as you have the correct work ethic and willingness to learn.

The shift patterns for this role are Monday to Friday

With hours ranging from 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm or 10pm-6am and some Sundays( flexibility required )

In return you will be provided with a
rate of: £10.42-£12.07
Overtime rates after 12 weeks (Anything over 40 hours)
:£15.75

Responsibilities of our warehouse Operative:


  • Ensure health & safety rules are always followed.
  • Completing housekeeping duties as required along the way to provide a safe working environment for both yourself and your team members.
  • Lifting heavy goods occasionally in line with requirements of the business.
  • Any other duties which may be required to assist the needs of the business.

Skills and experience required to become our one of our Warehouse Operative include:

  • Ability to work as a team member with the minimum of supervision.
  • An excellent time keeping/attendance record.
  • The ability to use own initiative and communicate well at all levels.
  • IT literate with experience of using warehouse management systems.
  • You will be trained, working closely with a senior member of staff.
  • One form of picking would be using hand scanners, computers, machinery aids and conveyor belts to assist you collect the right items and send them to the packing department.
