The Opportunity


As a Service Consultant based in the conveyancing service team at Optimus, you are responsible for delivering our introducer contracts, under the direction of a Team Manager, ensuring the service processes are delivered on the accounts.


The role will involve:

  • Verifying, registering, and sending instructions
  • Checking and chasing welcome packs
  • Calling customers to confirm search orders, sending search invoices, ordering searches and following the search order process
  • Answering queries from customers, intermediaries
  • Chasing updates from solicitors and SearchFlow
  • Keeping the Optimus portal up to date with updates and milestones
  • Answering the inbound call lines for your team

About You


The Service Consultant will be confident, customer focussed with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), you will have the ability to help customers clarify their requirements and explain a complicated process to them.


You will also have/be:

  • A Level or equivalent qualifications.
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role telephonebased customer service or telesales preferable.
  • Experience or knowledge of the conveyancing or mortgage process would be a distinct advantage.
  • IT literate, particularly the MS Office suite of products and CRM systems
