You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication and administrative skills and be willing to be flexible to manage your own workload in response to the needs of the service.

It is important that the postholder is a positive and committed team player with a willingness to play an active part in all aspects of the service delivery.


The successful applicant will be working alongside our existing Wellbeing Practitioner, Counsellors and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists to support self-referred Students seeking support with an emphasis on those experiencing more complex difficulties and/or at most risk.

Their responsibilities will include assessments, supporting Students to manage their immediate distress and establishing whether support from our team is most appropriate or whether a referral to external service would be more appropriate (and supporting the sensitive transition to external support).


We are looking for applicants who can work 15 hours per week with the day's negotiable and you will be will required to work at both the Horsforth Campus and the City Centre Campus.
