Ovitzia is a short-term rental management and hospitality company that provides services to property owners. We are currently operating in the United Kingdom and Italy.


At Ovitzia, we provide property owners with the tools to turn their properties into profitable income sources by simplifying the entire rental process.

We expertly manage all aspects of property rentals, including advertising on various platforms, handling guest interactions, maintenance, cleaning, key exchanges, and strategically setting rental prices.

Our dedicated team oversees every detail of the rental experience, freeing owners from the burdens of property management whilst delivering a 5-star experience to our guests.


Responsibilities:


  • Scheduling and coordinating daytoday tasks, such as cleaning services, linen deliveries and key drops
  • Ensuring a smooth checkin and checkout process for guests
  • Cleaning quality supervision throughout our live monitoring system and inperson inspections
  • Guest troubleshooting & maintenance supervision
  • Handling guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
  • Inventory Audits (QA)
  • Visiting the properties to conduct quality checks and/or greet guests
  • Maintaining a keen eye for detail to guarantee the highest standards of service
  • Collaborating harmoniously with internal teams by raising areas for improvement to maximise our hosts' success
  • Take on additional duties as assigned, displaying flexibility and a cando attitude towards diverse tasks.

Requirements:


  • Fluent in English
  • Must be located in London
  • Proven experience in customer service is a plus
  • Previous Experience in hotel reception, holiday homes, or the travel and tourism industry is advantageous
  • A cando attitude and willingness to "get the job done"
  • Detailoriented, with a solid commitment to delivering highquality service
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • You must be comfortable travelling across London when carrying out visits to properties and/or meeting guests (Ovitzia will cover costs)
  • Willingness to work shifts five days out of seven, mostly between 10 am and 6 pm, but shifts can start earlier or finish later. They also include some weekends and bank holidays

Salary:
£27,000.00-£33,175.00 per year
