Brief OutlineWe are currently looking for an Estimator to join a well-established commercial fit out and refurbishment contractor working on small to medium sized contracts across the London and South East area.

They are involved with various sectors including; Commercial offices, Education, Healthcare, Leisure, amongst other areas.

About our Client

The company have been operating for over 25 years. They have a wide and varied client base and a long pipeline of work for the coming year ahead.

The business has a young, dynamic and energetic management team with a strong business plan in place.

About the RoleWe are looking for an Estimator with experience predominantly in commercial fit out works


Duties:




  • Ensure that all estimating processes and procedures are followed to deliver a submission following tender settlement



  • Work within established commercial and operations team in preparation of competitive tender offers



  • Undertake site visits to establish and verify asset information provided as part of the tender documentation



  • Undertake a full analysis of tender returns received during the tender process



  • Attend startup preprice and price meetings


  • Proven record in commercial fitout contracts



  • Wider knowledge of the fitout and construction industry



  • Used to site visits and client facing activity



  • Excellent analytical skills are essential, as are numeracy, literacy and communication skills in English



  • Computer literacy in MS Office, Project
