Your role as Trainee Animal Technician will include basic animal husbandry tasks to ensure animal welfare is the main priority.

This will include, feeding, watering basic checks. Our client is offering full training for this role as a trainee/apprentice.


Job responsibilities:

  • Handling animals
  • Feeding and watering
  • General health checks
  • Cage cleaning and washing
  • Taking care of animal nutrition

Job requirements:

  • An animal lover with a passion and care for animals
  • Previous experience with handling mice and rats would be beneficial
  • Animal care management certificate or similar (not essential)

Salary:
£20,111.19-£21,861.69 per year
