Partner Lead

Introduction to BelleVie
BelleVie's vision is a world where people who give and receive care and are valued and thrive together.

Our Values

  • We make life worth living.
  • We build trusted relationships.
  • We are driven by compassion.
  • We encourage ambition and creativity.
  • We strive to be the best we can be by measuring outcomes.
  • We share accountability and take pride in everything we do.

Our Commitment
BelleVie was founded to create a new future for care and support work - a future that

works for both the skilled professionals providing support and for those people and

families being supported.

Our self-managing teams of Wellbeing Support Workers - our carers - build deep and trusted relationships with each other and those they support, so that we really focus on what matters.

Co-founders Trudie and Violaine were brought together through their passion for fair

employment. Their focus on making support work the rewarding career that it should

be, attracting people with the right soft skills and values, is the reason BelleVie is able

to provide the high quality support it does.

Our Services

BelleVie offers care and support tailored to the needs and aspirations of those they support in areas such as companionship, personal care, meal preparation, social life and help around the home.

At BelleVie we're passionate about supporting people to continue doing what they love and staying at home, for as long as is safely possible.

That's why, as well as offering Care in the home, we've also developed Thrive at home services.

We know it can be hard to find the right services and products an individual needs to stay well and independent at home, so we're building an extensive local community network of vetted suppliers to offer a range of different services, to make life simple and easy for those that need additional support.

Thriving at Home Project

The Thriving at Home project aims to expand our core offering (Care Services) by adding trusted products and services to our portfolio to ultimately support more people to thrive in all aspects of their lives while living at home.

Due to our experience of supporting older people, we believe there is a gap in the market for a managed-marketplace, offering recommended products and services tailored to the needs of older people living at home.

The problem is not a lack of products and services to support people to age well, the problem is one of access - this project aims to bridge the gap between older people and the products and services which would help them to live their best lives at home.

From our research we know that a service provider from within the 'community' is important to many people when making a choice, and that mutually beneficial partnerships can benefit the entire community ecosystem.

The Role
This role will focus on building and engaging a vetted community of local suppliers of products and services.

This will range from established businesses, self-employed individuals or supporting our own Wellbeing Support Workers in setting up their own micro-enterprises.

The role will be guided with specific monthly outcomes to onboard vetted partners and micro entrepreneurs.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the creation and build of a new concept that will help people to live well at home, increase the value we can offer to the people we support and to our Wellbeing Support Workers, as well as the wider community.

The Partner Lead will

  • Develop a process to create a trusted network of local businesses from the local community to support older people to live their best lives at home
  • Work within a team and pull resources and input from across the business, but ultimately to self manage, 'own' the project and their deliverables
  • Focus on building positive partnerships with trusted/recommended suppliers and businesses at local community level by articulating the value exchange between BelleVie and themselves.
  • Be comfortable discussing and agreeing contracts and commission rates with partners.
  • Build a process that includes supporting the development of a robust vetting procedure and accurate recording system on our CRM for any 'new' partners.
  • Educate and promote Thrive, with support from Marketing where required, to key stakeholders within the business so that they understand the value and how it can enhance their role of, specifically but not exclusively, Wellbeing Support Workers.
  • Work alongside the Thrive team to decide what microenterprises BelleVie should invest in. This will also include researching the potential demand for the service to inform our decisions.
  • Collaborate with potential Wellbeing Support Workers who wish to develop 'microenterprises' to assist them to 'get started' with Thrive. This may include; researching training, fees, insurance, mar
