Description
Due to restructuring of our Lift Maintenance team based in our Warrington office, we require an Administrator to provide effective administration processing and accurately maintaining the in-house systems up to date.

Main Duties:
- To provide a professional and courteous telephone service to all our customers.
- Coordinate & manage the call response desk and call response engineers as well as reactive maintenance visits, providing high levels of customer service.
- Organising engineers and monitoring their daily/weekly diary.
- Assisting with works planning of engineering resources.
- Updating work systems throughout the engineers' progress and completion of their work and other relevant updates.
- Set up new service contracts along with all relevant documentation on the inhouse management system.
- Booking parts in, allocating to engineers, and booking in engineers works with customers, ordering of parts if required.
- To review orders for customers to meet defined targets.
- Process and verify all engineers' timesheets and paperwork for record keeping.
- Contact customers who are due for their annual maintenance contract renewal.
- Logging calls from our out of hours call centre.
- To ensure all paperwork is appropriately filled and to capture all office data as required within the general administration remit, always ensuring compliance to procedures.
- Any other duties as required by management.

Person specification:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Be able to demonstrate commercial acumen.
- Excellent IT Skills (Office 365)
- Knowledge of Sage accounting an advantage but not essential.
- Methodical, organised, and able to multitask with attention to detail.
- Self-Motivated
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Effective time management skills
- Confident and work well under pressure
