Description
FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Accounts Payable Assistant based in Westhill, Aberdeenshire. This is a permanent, full-time position, with Hybrid working available.


Main duties include:


  • Processing of purchase/supplier invoices and recording on internal systems, matching to relevant purchase orders and ensuring correct codings, VAT, etc
  • Checking and processing Employee Expense claims, including accurate VAT
  • Setting up new suppliers with all required information, or update details to existing suppliers as required
  • Handle any Supplier queries in a timely manner
  • Assisting with monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assisting with monthend close duties and any other adhoc tasks to assist the team as required
  • Adhering to company compliance policies and procedures at all times
  • Previous experience in a similar role (Desirable).
  • Any recognised Higher/Further education level qualifications in Accounting/Finance related (Desirable).
  • Organised approach, with the ability to multitask and deliver high quality work against time constraints
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Willingness to learn and commitment to professional development

Job Types:

Salary:
£20,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
