We are looking to recruit an Associate Director of Nursing to join the Senior Triumvirate within the Medicine Care Group for County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust.

The post holder will work to provide nursing and clinical governance leadership to this large care group and will contribute to the senior nursing leadership structure of the Trust.

They will be expected to create a nursing culture within the Care Group which strives for excellence and promotes the reputation of the profession and the Trust.

In 2019, the Surgery Care Group achieved a good rating from CQC and are extremely keen to build on this to achieve outstanding.
