    Job Title: Sales Specialist for AutoChem Products

    About the Role:
    METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a talented sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to achieve or exceed sales targets while developing a robust sales pipeline in your designated territory.

    Main Responsibilities:
    1. Sales Target Achievement: Take ownership of achieving or exceeding the agreed sales targets for AutoChem products within your territory.
    2. Pipeline Development: Utilize your excellent sales skills to develop both short-term and long-term pipelines, ensuring sustained growth and opportunity.
    3. Account Knowledge Enhancement: Increase your understanding of key accounts, their needs, and market dynamics to tailor your approach effectively.
    4. Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, driving repeat business and referrals.
    5. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage resources and expertise in achieving sales goals.

    What You Need to Succeed:
    • Experience in biochemical, biochemical engineering, chemical, chemical engineering, or related industries.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding financial targets and objectives.
    • Demonstrated expertise in technical or value-based sales of capital equipment.
    • Experience in a remote, field-based sales role.
    • Broad knowledge of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, fine chemical, academic, and contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) sectors.
    • Highly proficient with computers and experienced in utilizing CRM systems to manage customer information, commercial data, and sales forecasts.
    • Valid UK driving license.
