We are looking for somebody who:

Can precision plan and improve the quality of teaching and learning across a department
Has the skills to develop a curriculum, implement and monitor change
Can lead and motivate a team towards a shared goal
Can analyse and use data effectively to ensure rapid and sustained student progress
Has excellent communication skills with the ability to build excellent parent and student relationships.
Is willing to participate in the wider life and development of the school, including providing enrichment opportunities for students
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
