Summary:

Coordinate and execute the entire commercial efforts of the company by establishing business strategies that enhance increasing revenues in assigned geographies. Improving SLAs and optimizing operational processes, ensuring that all spending and investment decisions are carried out with financial rigor, allowing the establishment of objectives and goals that measure the performance of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the business market positioning in the current and new regions where it operates, to maximize its revenue generation, profits and expand group's presence.
  • Leading retained executive search and selection services sales in the headhunting industry through new corporate accounts acquisition and management.
  • Promote best practices and business relationships with new and current customers, providing commercial and technical support they require to maximize sales of our solutions and ensure that alliances deploy in accordance with the group guidelines and standards.
  • Promote the development of new markets and business opportunities, evaluating their technical and economic feasibility, based on customers' commercial agreements, internal operational capabilities & scope, and regional alliances established by the company.
  • Coordinate and execute the group's senior management commercial guidelines and supervise the company's business plans while reviewing advertising and promotion activities related to the different marketing programs that involve the CONFISA brand.
  • Market research and analysis including industry trends and competitors (prices, services, promotions and commercial practices) in order to evaluate and update commercial policies and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure and maintain the validity of the contracts established with different external providers, thus guaranteeing the best cost / benefit ratio for the organization.
  • Overview payment of contracted services on a timely manner, as well as materials purchased, guaranteeing continuity of operations.
Qualification:

Profile / Technical Requirements:

  • Proven track record and experience specifically in the headhunting industry and with new accounts acquisition and management for retained executive search and selection services.
  • High marketing knowledge in related business segments.
  • 7 to 10 years of related experience. 
  • Bilingual, with excellent command of the English language. 
  • Skills for effective communication with clients. 
  • Ability to negotiate and solve problems. 
  • Project Management.
  • Know-how or proven track record of advertising and promotions for professional services, business or human resources consulting. 
  • Extensive knowledge in technical and financial business evaluations.
  • Ability to analyze and identify business opportunities.
  • The desired level of education established for this position is a university degree preferably Bachelor of Economics, Business Administration, or related careers

Compensation:

  • 100% results-oriented scheme.
  • 40% of sales for each project successfully closed and collected.
  • Possibility of equity consideration of a new organization at a local level at later stages.
