Legal PA Secretary Catastrophic Injury
Manchester City Centre
A Legal Secretary is required to support a team of specialist lawyers within Catastrophic Injury work.
The Legal PA Secretary is a varied and busy role which includes:

  • Diary management
  • Billing
  • Court documents, bundles
  • Audio Typing
  • Finance admin
  • Travel arrangements
  • Reporting
  • Liaising with Document Production department
  • Some typing/document amendments
Previous experience within a Legal Secretary or PA role, within Personal Injury is essential.

It would also be an advantage if you are competent within case management systems and have strong IT skills and have an understanding of legal billing.

The role is based in Manchester City Centre and can offer hybrid working,
Salary will be in the ball park of £26,000 - £28,000 with an added bonus and great benefits.
