This is a temp to perm position_ - We are looking for an experienced multi-skilled operative to work within our clients new extrusion division.

This area specialises in producing Eaves/Hip support trays which are made from recycled UPVC.

You will be responsible for job/tool changes, whilst manufacturing products and packaging them to the correct guidelines, including timescales, volume, safety, and quality.

Extrusion experience preferred.

Rotating shifts as follows

Monday to Wednesday on nights 6pm to 6am

Monday to Wednesday on days 6am to 6pm and Thursday on days 6am to 2pm


£12.50 per hour whilst on training, the company looks to complete training in around 4 weeks with a wage increase to £14.00 per hour.
15 shifts per month - 172 hours in total.


Responsibilities:


  • Operate and maintain machinery and equipment
  • Follow safety protocols and regulations
  • Inspect finished products for quality assurance
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues

Salary:
£12.50-£14.00 per hour
