Permanent full time Accounts Assistant vacancy with hybrid working 3 days in the office in Leatherhead and 2 from home
Paying up to £25,000 and focusing on Purchase Ledger and Cashbook

Description

  • Managing purchase ledgers and payments, and the cash book
  • Processing supplier invoices in SAGE and carrying out supplier statement reconciliations
  • Dealing with suppliers on invoice queries
  • Processing supplier payments
  • Reconciliation of purchase ledgers to nominal ledgers in SAGE
  • Investigating and resolving debit balances
  • Maintaining supplier invoice files
  • Collating daily cash transactions and reporting daily cash balances
  • Performing monthly bank reconciliations
  • Processing petty cash forms and making payments
  • Managing petty cash cards
  • Opening and distributing office post

Profile

  • Recent relevant experience in Accounts Payable and reconciliations (essential)
  • Sage experience (desirable)
  • Excel experience (essential)

Job Offer
Permanent full time role paying up to £25,000

Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 from home

9-5.30pm with one hour for lunch
