Description
- Managing purchase ledgers and payments, and the cash book
- Processing supplier invoices in SAGE and carrying out supplier statement reconciliations
- Dealing with suppliers on invoice queries
- Processing supplier payments
- Reconciliation of purchase ledgers to nominal ledgers in SAGE
- Investigating and resolving debit balances
- Maintaining supplier invoice files
- Collating daily cash transactions and reporting daily cash balances
- Performing monthly bank reconciliations
- Processing petty cash forms and making payments
- Managing petty cash cards
- Opening and distributing office post
Profile
- Recent relevant experience in Accounts Payable and reconciliations (essential)
- Sage experience (desirable)
- Excel experience (essential)
Job Offer
Permanent full time role paying up to £25,000
