Sales Advisor


Yolk Recruitment are excited to be closely working with a successful and growing company who are seeking Sales Advisors in Newport.


This is what you'll be doing:

This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable Customer Service and or Sales Advisor to join a dynamic sales team to be the first point of contact for customer queries and convert customer calls into sales.

You will be advising on technical products and ensuring customers have an up to date information provided to them on products the company provides.


The experience you'll bring to the team:
You will need to have experience in a Customer Service or Sales role,


You will also have:

  • Excellent communication skills with people at all levels.
  • The ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
  • Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • The ability to make effective decisions and to work within tight deadlines.
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service to all customers.
  • The willingness to engage in further training regarding the company's product portfolio
  • An outgoing and confident personality
