Description

You will hold, or be close to completion of, a relevant PhD with research experience in innovation studies, economics, sociology, engineering, business, geography, environmental studies, or other relevant applied social or technical scientific disciplines.

You will possess sufficient specialist knowledge in the field of digitalisation, circular economy and/or climate change mitigation to develop and implement independent research.

Excellent quantitative analytical skills including experience with statistical modelling techniques applied to national or international datasets are essential.

You will evidence demonstrable progress towards establishing a reputation as an authority in the field, with a strong academic publication record, and familiarity with current literature and debates.

The ability to independently plan and manage a research project, including a research budget is a must.

This is a full-time, fixed-term post until 31 August 2026. Part-time working arrangements can also be discussed.
