Sales and Operations Supervisor - £30,000-£35,000 pa + 10% Bonus + Hybrid Working + Benefits + Leading Software/Logistics Business.

The Company:


Our client is an international market leader that provides international shipping services to over 300 locations worldwide by working closely with some of the world's biggest and most reliable carriers.

With an excellent brand reputation and a global reach, our client offers software solutions within the logistics industry. Due to significant expansion, we currently have a role for a Sales and Operations Supervisor based in Manchester. This is a permanent, full-time role and will focus on managing high-level relationships with all major carriers.


The Role:


  • Provide comprehensive sales coaching and prospecting support to designated centres.
  • Develop and execute innovative B2B strategies to boost incremental sales and achieve franchisee business objectives.
  • Utilize inhouse CRM systems to enhance sales capabilities and monitor key performance indicators for growth.
  • Offer handson operational guidance and support, including store visits to enhance sales and operational performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with all departments, demonstrating a coaching approach that motivates franchisees towards excellence.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external partners, driving business strategies and evaluating their effectiveness.
  • In addition to supporting our franchise network, the Sales & Operations Supervisor will have direct responsibility for the sales growth and operational efficiency of the Manchester branch.

What we are looking for:


The Sales and Operations Supervisor will ideally have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 25 years of experience in sales management or a similar role, with a proven
track record in managing direct or indirect sales networks.

  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and an innovative mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
  • A driving license is essential
