Are you a senior manager within Accounts Payable?

Are you open to a new professional challenge with a market disrupting FinTech firm?
We are seeking an experienced AP Manager to build and lead a new accounts payable finance function.

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing processes and controls, developing a team, and ensuring that all invoices are processed accurately and efficiently.


You will be hands-on in the initial stages, overseeing the day-to-day processing of invoices while building out the processes and team.


You will also work closely with other departments to optimize our accounts payable processes and ensure that all payments are made on time.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement accounts payable processes and controls.
  • Build and manage a team of AP specialists.
  • Process invoices and payments accurately and timely
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize AP processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Continuously monitor AP performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications / Experience:


  • 5+ years of experience in accounts payable management
  • Handson experience with accounts payable processing and systems
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable governance, controls and best practices
  • Proven track record of building and managing highperforming teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
  • Commercially savvy, confident in dealing with senior stakeholders.
