Administrative Assistant to join our fantastic Administration and Reception Team.

As part of our Administration and Reception team you will be contributing to a positive and people centred atmosphere. Undertaking a wide variety of administration functions, being the first point of contact for customers and colleagues alike.
Who are we looking for?
- A strong customer focus, with ability to identify customer need and instantly build repour.
- Experience of high levels of administration; managing administrative tasks with systems, excel, word and call handling.
- Have a full driving license and access to your own vehicle
- Being professional and have a friendly/approachable manner with all levels of the workforce and customers
- Experience of working together with a team in problem solving, showing respect for people's opinions and views that has led to productive and positive outcomes.
- Ability to demonstrate mirus values in practice.
- Effective Communication speaks clearly, fluently and ability to adapt communication to the needs of those they're communicating with.
What is the role?
Sitting within our central service function you will be providing administrative support to the organisation and be the first point of contact; supporting with business calls and reception duties.
Purpose of Role:
To provide professional and proactive customer service by:
- Setting the tone through your general demeanour and can-do attitude
- Ensuring the office environment is welcoming, safe and organised; making it feel a great place to work
- Playing a vitally important role in the smooth running of the organisation, by providing administrative support.
