    Job Description:

    1. Raise Funds Strategically: Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising initiatives to expand and diversify income streams, capitalising on new opportunities and leveraging existing relationships.
    2. Oversee Marketing and Communications: Drive effective marketing and communications activities to support fundraising campaigns, enhancing the charity's visibility and reputation.
    3. Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with donors, stakeholders, and community leaders, ensuring a robust network of supporters.
    4. Pursue Partnerships: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to amplify reach and influence, driving meaningful change.
    5. Prospect Research: Conduct thorough research to identify new major donor prospects, leveraging networks and resources to expand the donor base.
    6. Fundraising Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse fundraising performance, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations for improvement.

    The Ideal Candidate:

    1. Leadership Experience: Possess a strong background in management, preferably within a Not For Profit setting, with a proven track record of leadership.
    2. Fundraising Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in fundraising and strategic planning, with a deep understanding of marketing strategies and agency management.
    3. Communication Skills: Exhibit exceptional communication skills, with the ability to represent the organisation publicly and inspire a team.
    4. Passion for Conservation: Display a genuine passion for wildlife conservation and a commitment to making a difference.
