A highly regarded, legal 500 law firm are searching for a solicitor to join their Corporate team on Investment Funds and related Corporate Finance work.


The work will involve structuring funds that invest in private equity, real estate, infrastructure and renewable energy assets, which often involve limited partnerships, as well as public companies listed on the London Stock Exchange or other markets, andsome offshore vehicles.

he work will also involve transactions involving these structures, including transactions involving public companies.

Are you

  • Interested and has an enthusiasm for investment funds and related corporate finance work
  • Knowledgeable of the financial regulatory framework relevant to this type of structure
  • Able to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues
