Macildowie are working with an established Homeware's business based in Leicestershire who are looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager.

Our client has enjoyed a very successful year, so are looking to expand their client managementteam.
An experience wholesaler, which has been established for over 20 years, so is trusted in their field.


This is a role that will offer plenty of learning and development, attendance and trade shows and the opportunity for autonomy to drive your respective area.

Although the role is hybrid, based at the premises in Leicestershire, there will be the opportunityto visit clients across the county.


About the role:


  • First point of contact, help with product, pricing and scheduling enquiries.
  • Develop key relationships to ensure the client base are well looked after, which in turn will deliver high growth and retention levels.
  • Build rapport with stakeholders at different levels, both internally and externally
  • Generate leads
  • Market research and competitor analysis
  • Experience in B2B sales and large accounts
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Dedication to grow key accounts, so driven and passionate about business development
  • Due to travel requirements, must have a clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company
