Description

Experienced Textile Machine Operator immediately required on an temp to perm basis, to join the team of one of our têxtile clients based in the Rochdale area.

Textile Machine Operator Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 6:30am to 6:30pm

Pay rate:
£10.50 per hour

Your duties as a Textile Machine Operator will include, but will not be limited to:

Quality checking finished fabrics
Rolling down rolls to customer requirements
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
Data inputting into a computer
Use of pedestrian trucks.
Find and resolve any faults that may arise
Basic machine maintenance and knowledge
Heavy lifting of items up to 25kg
Any other duties required by management

Due to the nature of the work, previous têxtile machine operating experience is essential.

You will initially complete your 12 week probationary period with Northern Employment Services, before transferring to the client as a permanent employee.
