Project/Business Analyst


Location:
Slough / Hybrid - 1 day a week in the office


Day Rate:
£250 pd - Inside IR35 or £18- PAYE


Contract: 12 month contract


Our leading manufacturing client is looking for a Project / Business Analyst or a Junior Business Analyst to join global team for an interim 12 month contract with possible extension.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Leads communication with stakeholders and suppliers and negotiates terms between them
  • Leads the rollout for the inbound traceability program for commercial job functions.
  • Manages and supports all upcoming requests of the ITR implementation that come.
  • Clearly communicates with all levels of stakeholders to drive effectiveness (corporate, global & local/ inside Commercial & with other functions).
  • Drives transparency by actively managing risks as well as implementing clear escalation procedures.
  • Aligns and communicates updates within Commercial.
  • Capitalizes on generated learnings.
  • Fully utilizes synergies for more efficiency in the implementation.
  • Is an expert in project/ program/ change management good practice
  • Ensures knowledge management and transfers learnings & best practices across the relevant teams and stakeholders.
  • Works independently with intentionality and clear outcomeoriented focus.

Experience required for this role:


  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience working in manufacturing industry is beneficial
  • Commercial sector experience is beneficial
  • Functional experience in project/ program/ change management
  • Systems skills
  • Project Management experience
  • Process mindset
  • Navigate through complexity and ambiguity
