We are currently recruiting for a
Recruitment Officer.

This role will be ideal for a motivated, confident and driven individual who enjoys working within a fast paced environment.


The post holder will provide comprehensive recruitment support to hiring managers and act as the first point of contact providing guidance to potential applicants.


Job responsibilities include (not limited too):

  • Managing all recruitment campaigns from vacancy through to onboarding
  • Creating job descriptions, advert copy, standardised questions and assessments
  • Liaising with hiring managers regarding recruitment needs and posting vacancy
  • Providing support and guidance in relation to applicant shortlisting
  • Arranging interview meetings and ensuring necessary support is in place when required
  • Attending interview panels and providing notetaking facility
  • Sourcing appropriate job advertising platforms to maximise a diverse talent pool
  • Monitoring recruitment spend, negotiating favourable rates when required
  • Providing administrative support and supporting the whole team in the recruitment lifecycle process.

Experience required:


  • Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
  • High volume recruitment experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Proven organisational skills in a fastpaced environment
  • Great people skills / relationship builder
