Norfolk - Electronics Team Leader - Electronics
My client are leaders in the electronics industry.

The company are increasingly growing to meet the advancing demands and are looking for an Electronics Team Leader to come and join their team.


Main Duties:


  • 50% hands on technicianbased work and 50% team leader/management work
  • Provide support to ensure that the team delivers and meets production targets
  • Guide, mentor and develop Technicians throughout daily tasks

Key Skills and Experience:


  • Experience within an Electronics Technician type role
  • Proven Team leading experience within a manufacturing sector (preferably electronics)
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes
**The salary for this role is flexible depending on experience.
