More about your role
This role is part of our 2023 graduate programme, known internally as our Emerging Talent programme. As our Graduate Project Auditor you'll support with the auditing of key strategic projects.

The two-year programme will support you to develop the core skills, behaviours and technical ability to develop into an Auditor with the opportunity to undertake Auditing qualifications.

This is a new role working within our Group Transformation Office, which will see you setting out new processes and ways of working to quality assure our strategic projects.

Initially working on all projects we deem a "green" to improve performance and processes aswell as completing critical analysis.
This is a great role for someone looking for their first step into Audit, benefitting from support from both the Business Assurance team and our Group Transformation Team
This role is Agile role with other members of the Group Transformation Team spread across the UK. Despite working from the home the team are very social and where possible come together to socialise.

More about you

You'll be educated to a graduate level with a degree within a related specialism such as Business or Project Management, Risk, Maths or Accounting/Finance.

The skills from your degree will allow you to be highly analytical.

You'll be supported to develop the mindset of an auditor however to succeed it's essential you have a risk focussed approach.

Asking the question "what could go wrong?" And then looking at innovative solutions to problem-solving. You ideally will have an interest in projects and the ways a successful project is managed.
