Position Overview:

Qrometric seeks a sales and service coordinator to join our excellent and growing team.

We are looking for a confident and organised person who will work both independently and as part of the team on a wide range of duties related to the sale, support and distribution of metrology products worldwide.

Shoreham Port, Brighton and Hove.


Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage workflow and organisation.
• Preparing quotations and processing customer orders.
• Supplier orders and payment
• Organising transport of equipment
• Preparation of import/export documentation.
• Maintaining sales, project management and calibration databases.
• Ensuring essential documentation is organised and correctly archived.
• General office management and administration

Suitable Qualifications, Attributes & Experience:


Essential:

• Independent and selfmotivated
• Strong planning, organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and prioritise.
• Good numeracy skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable:

• STEM awareness
• Appreciation of the importance of Quality and Quality Systems
• Ability to follow documented procedures.
• Experience with office management and procedures.
• Relevant experience in a sales or admin related role.
• Finance/business qualification.
• Experience with QuickBooks.
