**Role

  • Midweight Interior Designer**
    Salary £32,000 £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Type - Permanent

Location - Esher, Surrey

My client is a multi-disciplined team, specialising in luxury Interior Architecture and Design: looking to take on a Midweight Interior Architect/Designer on a permanent basis in Esher, Surrey.

You will join a close-knit and dynamic team where you will be encouragedto develop your own professional goals.

The Midweight Interior Designer will ideally have the following attributes:

  • Degree qualified in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design
  • Minimum of 35 years' or more of industry experience working on highend luxury residential and hospitality interiors
  • Excellent knowledge and proficiency with one of AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in client relationship management in a professional manner
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients to achieve desired outcomes
  • Desire to grow and experience a fun and practical environment, immersing yourself in design culture & dedication to its growth
  • Effective communicator with ability to listen, understand and act

The Midweight Interior Designer role will involve:

  • Producing technical drawings, schedules, and detailed specifications
  • Skilled in delivery of FF&E package including sourcing, finishes, fixtures & equipment alongside furniture procurement
  • Create & develop conceptual designs and ability to present to client
  • Capable of considering bespoke furniture design, art curation and interior styling of projects ahead of professional photography
  • Visiting site to ensure projects are in keeping with design and development
  • To liaise where appropriate with members of the external design team
