To positively support the Deputy Manager in providing leadership to the care;:
To support and facilitate the medical needs of Service Users;:
To support seniormanagement in the delivery of care services;:
To support service users with daily activities, assisting withtheir overall comfort and wellbeing;:
To maintain skills at a professional level and undertake required trainingfor development;:
To ensure Service Users are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferencesare acted upon; Efficient and effective day to day management of care delivery and the staff team;:
To ensurethat required standards are maintained;:
To ensure all recording systems and organizational documentation areof a high standard and kept up to date;:
Act as a shift leader to monitor and direct the effective running of the care home;:
Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of the service users;:
To work withinthe relevant Code of Conduct etc.
