Handle are excited to be working with one of the world's largest independent entertainment merchandiser. They're seeking a highly detail-oriented and numerate Administrative Production Assistant to join its Touring & E-commerce team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with operational and supply chain knowledge who is looking to grow with the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Using our systems to enter and maintain order updates, deliveries and invoicing, and perform daily tracking of goods on orders, in progress, and intransit to ensure timely delivery.
  • Build collaborative relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Create, revise, input and maintain production orders and monitor transmission to factories; file and maintain records of purchase orders (POs).
  • Monitor inventory and responsible for invoicing customers.
  • Use our system to track and maintain product sourcing and pricing.
  • Interact with company personnel regarding any questions with sampling, costings, and supply.
  • Receive and track all preproduction samples and stock deliveries.
  • Work proactively, anticipating any issues that may impact delivery times.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
  • Contribute positively to team dynamics.
  • Highly skilled in Excel.
  • The ability to work in a fastpaced environment with strict deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A passion for music merchandising and the sector.
  • Operational and supply chain knowledge.
