Description
Working as part of a team in processing of sand and gravel.

  • You will be responsible for maintaining a strong Health and Safety and Environmental Culture.
  • Responsible for the Health and Safety of yourself, others and visitors to the site.
  • Able to work in a team environment including selfdiscipline.
  • Main Duties will be operation of Site Mobile Plant Operations, Assisting with discharge of ships cargoes, housekeeping of site and some minor maintenance duties.
  • You will carry out Daily and Weekly Inspections on site and report faults.
  • Nightshift and weekend work is required. This will be part of a Rota system

Skills Required:

  • Previous experience of working in a Quarry or processing environment is desirable.
  • You will have a proven track record of selfmotivation and discipline and demonstrate a positive attitude.
  • Good customer service skills, in dealing with both internal and external customers.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience in weighbridge duties an advantage.
  • Good computer skills required.
  • Clean driving License.
  • Experience in operation of mobile plant not essential but desirable.
