What you'll do

In your new role, reporting to the BaaS Product Director, you'll be responsible for the planning and end-to-end Agile delivery management of our BaaS programme, leading a new product area to market.

You'll use your functional knowledge of BaaS or embedded financeand technology platforms to provide committed leadership and direction setting, ensuring timely delivery of complex products.

You'll be reporting progress against milestones, making sure that the business and partners are operationally ready.

You'll lead a team through the project lifecycle, setting team objectives and carrying out individual assessments, while building and maintaining a positive working relationship with stakeholders across multiple franchises and functions and at difference levels.


You'll also:

  • Identify, track, manage and mitigate any project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
  • Manage a team of project managers
  • Oversee multiple critical implementation partners
  • Promote effective crossfunctional delivery, across multidisciplinary squads and generate datadriven status reports and insights
  • Manage the delivery management capability area and help develop the team's skills, championing the Agile or Lean approach across the business

The skills you'll need

We'll expect you have experience of leading a delivery management function, providing delivery QA, planning, dependency management, estimating and forecasting excellence.

You should also have experience of delivering strategic projects that support the businessstrategy and its growth agenda.

You'll also need:

  • Experience of managing and delivering project management in an Agile or Lean practice across the full product lifecycle
  • Experience of planning and delivery management including commercial management and negotiation
  • Knowledge of defining and driving process improvements
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, key vendors and third parties
