Due to continued expansion and demand for our high class services we are looking to recruit quality groomers. We would consider newly qualifed persons with the right approach or unqualifed but with sufficient experince.

The Grooming Room has been satisfying clients needs for 10 years and we have grown to 2 salons with a strong customer base.

Due to the high demand for our high class service, we are looking to bring a new groomer on board who will be passionate about maintaining our high standards and reputation.

About the role:

• The role is currently a minimum 20 hour contract (will certainly be more from the outset) and with the right person, after training, probationary period and progression, a fulltime role will soon develop.
• Saturdays are included in the working week with a day off during the week.
• All dogs, sizes and temperaments are welcome at our salons so confidence and experience in dealing with a large range of breeds and personalities is benificial.
• Eventually, telephone answering, booking of appointments, diary management, timekeeping and confidence with taking payments we be required.
• Cleanliness and attention to detail is of high priority to us so you would be trained and expected to maintain our high standards within the salon at all times.

About you:

You will also:

• Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude due to our lively and fastpaced working environment.
• Qualified prefered, however, someone with experience or recently qualified and with the right approach, could be considered.
• A qualification in hand stripping would be an advantage
• Have access to your own transport due to our salon locations, plus occasional travel between the two salons may be required.
• Have attention to detail with a cando attitude and a desire to be part of a highclass grooming business promoting an allround exceptional experience.

Pay to be discussed and will be dependant on qualifications and experience.
