Support Auditors will be part of our Quality Assurance Team, who's function it is to ensure that providers of Care and Support are meeting the required standards in line with compliance, service regulations and policies & procedures, when delivering and recording support.


The role will involve liaising and meeting with service providers daily, maintaining and developing the audit framework for completing support audits & planning support auditing in a timely manner.


The role will work with other colleagues across the organisation, to meet all compliance requirements, including following escalation procedures where Care and Support, or documentation is outstanding or unsatisfactory.

The postholder will take proactive steps to liaise with service providers in advance of any support inspections.


Main Duties

  • To obtain resident feedback to ascertain if any improvements are required, positive feedback or to identify any issues.
  • To work to deadlines and respond in a flexible manner to ensure that all reactive audits are completed within the required timeframe.
  • Liaise with the quality assurance, resident engagement and contract performance teams as required.
  • Audit care and support files with reference to company policy and procedures and statutory requirements.
  • To complete initial, ongoing, or reactive audits on a range of service providers to ensure that support requirements are met.
  • Ensuring records are kept up to date, and all status updates are accurately captured on our internal systems
  • Produce detailed feedback to service providers when required while recording all audit outcomes on the required system.
  • Identify areas of noncompliance and provide support / guidance to the providers to overcome issues identified
  • To raise any safeguarding concerns to the senior staff member so further investigations can be completed.

Responsibilities

  • You will be part of a high performing team and are expected to ensure you work efficiently, continually monitor and meet your targets and provide a quality service
  • You will need to have the aptitude and experience of using technology to input and access information using various IT systems (Excel, Word, databases etc)
  • You will be organised and flexible in your approach to work
  • To work closely with the connected departments to help address any issues and ensure any operational actions are completed within the agreed Service Agreements
  • To manage and respond to internal and external queries relating to compliance.
  • To complete regular reviews on compliance of service providers and action any for offboarding where persistent failing standards or contractual breaches are identified
  • To work with service providers to ensure all areas of compliance have been met.

£25,000.00 per year
