A client of ours in the Witham area is recruiting a contracts administrator to join their growing Operations Team.

This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm and paying up to £24,000 per annum depending on experience.


Reporting into the contracts manager, your key duties in this Contracts Administrator role will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the Glass orders and Subcontract Purchase orders for UK Commercial Projects
  • Monitor and control Service Engineers Calendar
  • Create and control internal Project folders on the system
  • Place Purchase Orders within agreed margins
  • General Administrative and adhoc duties are requested

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:

  • A keen eye for detail & accuracy
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel & Word
  • Selfmotivated with ability to organise and prioritise workload
  • Manufacturing and production industry experience desirable but not essential
