Contracts Administrator - Witham, United Kingdom - Prime Appointments

A client of ours in the Witham area is recruiting a contracts administrator to join their growing Operations Team.This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm and paying up to £24,000 per annum depending on experience.
Reporting into the contracts manager, your key duties in this Contracts Administrator role will include but are not limited to:
- Managing the Glass orders and Subcontract Purchase orders for UK Commercial Projects
- Monitor and control Service Engineers Calendar
- Create and control internal Project folders on the system
- Place Purchase Orders within agreed margins
- General Administrative and adhoc duties are requested
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
- A keen eye for detail & accuracy
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel & Word
- Selfmotivated with ability to organise and prioritise workload
- Manufacturing and production industry experience desirable but not essential
