We are looking for an innovative and motivated individual to join a market leading build to rent company as senior portfolio manager.

This property manager role will be focused on delivering operational excellence across a portfolio of complex BTR assets.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful build to rent operator.

The company offers the opportunity to work with leading institutional investors managing their BTR assets to achieve maximum NFI, occupancy, tenant retention and customersatisfaction whilst driving new initiatives.


As Senior Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for several investor BTR properties, managing onsite teams, ensuring and improving the tenant experience whilst minimising void periods and maximising the assets' value.


Your key duties will include:

  • Recruiting, training and managing onsite teams
  • Dealing with escalated property management issues
  • Conducting competitor analysis
  • Providing development consultancy for future projects
  • Marketing and mobilisation of new schemes
  • Minimising void periods
  • Reporting to clients on profit, voids, renewals and property management issues
  • Resolving any major issues for your tenants and clients
