Here at Interlink we have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Litigator Solicitor to join a prestigious Legal 500 firm to take on the position as a Senior Associate.

This role is in their Bristol or Exeter office, where you will be supporting the developmentof their Business Risk and Regulation Team.

The Role

  • The BRR Team works in a range of regulatory areas including health & safety, environment, food and product safety, healthcare, transport, information and contentious data law.
  • You will be acting for wellknown regional and national businesses including developers, construction companies, care homes, food producers and retailers, housing associations, investment companies and waste operators.
  • Their relationship with their clients is paramount. You will need the ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients, and show a genuine commitment to their business needs. Dedicated and enthusiastic, you will have the ability to work efficientlywith a commitment to client care and business development.
  • Qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
  • 5+ PQE.
  • A successful communicator with proven technical and problemsolving skills, you'll be accomplished in assisting company Directors and senior managers in the most difficult circumstances.
  • They looking for advanced technical ability, with the adaptability to develop complementary areas of expertise.
  • You will ideally have a small following and be able to proactively capitalise on opportunities to assist new and existing clients with regulatory issues. Being selfmotivated and ambitious, you already possess the drive to help continue to grow and developour business.
