Lodge Cottage, Bath Rd, Hare Hatch, Reading, RG10 9S


Rate Of Pay:
£31k - £35k per annum


Hours: 40 hours a week, full time, permanent role

Oakleaf currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Executive Management team.


We are looking for a highly organised and experienced EA who can provide full support to some of our executive team (two individuals).

This is a unique and special opportunity to work with an ambitious and forward-thinking company.


Job requirements:


  • Provide support in delivering overall strategic objectives through utilising excellent project management skills projects will be varied and plentiful.
  • Provide administrative services including diary management, booking meetings, planning events, organising travel (there are periods that this individual travels constantly) and preparing travel itineraries and correspondence.

To be a successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Ideally educated to degree level with evidence of post graduate CPD
  • Experience of providing secretarial and administrative support at Board level and of supporting virtual staff and remotely working leaders
  • Experience of working in the private sector, ideally across a range of industries as projects are varied
  • Experience in working effectively with CEO's or Board members
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a diverse team
  • Experience of leading projects and delivering results, on time and within budget, familiar with evidencing benefits realisation
  • Ability to produce accurate and up to date records and reports as required
  • Experienced in Microsoft word and Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines and embrace change
  • Ability to produce accurate minutes of meetings and draft / edit written documents and correspondence independently
  • Strong data analytic skills
  • Problem solver
This role is office based in Berkshire, Hare Hatch. There will be times where you will need to offer flexibility to your work routine is a must.
