Business Support Officer, Derby

Salary range £22,000 - £23,500pa_

The SENAD Group provide specialist education, care and community supportfor the most complex, vulnerable and hard to place young people and adults.

Our services work with people with autism, mild to severe learning difficulties, mental health and challenging behaviour.

We operate schools, care homes and community support packages predominantly across the East and West Midlands area and North Wales.

In this varied, team-based role, you will play a key part in supporting the central office business work streams; including administration support for areas such as Transport and Training & Development.

You will provide a courteous and efficient reception and telephone answer service.

In order to be successful you will have over 12 months previous experience in a busy office environment using a small switchboard / telephone system.

You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be computer literate within the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel.

You will have accurate typing and data entry skills and be able to plan work and time effectively.
