Job description Duties will include:


  • Raise invoices for goods as required.
  • Raise documentation for goods in accordance with customer and quality requirements.
  • Raise credit notes and process customer returns as required.
  • Responsible for the administration and maintenance of all records as required.
  • Process warranty claims.
  • Assist in other areas as required.
  • Relevant experience in an Invoicing or general administration role would be beneficial.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • IT literate.
