    The role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing accounts, working with home buyers, interior designers, architects, builders, and M&E consultants to deliver tailored lighting solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales: Selling cutting-edge lighting products to consumers, businesses, hospitality, and the commercial industry.
    • Account Management: Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing accounts.
    • Collaboration: Working with clients to deliver tailored lighting solutions.
    • Communication: Effectively communicating the features and benefits of professional lighting solutions to clients.
    • Marketing: Managing an efficient sales and marketing system to drive business growth.
    • Representation: Representing the company at specialized trade fairs.
    • Operations: Issuing commercial quotes in adherence to guidelines and efficiently managing follow-up activities.
    • Market Analysis: Conducting market analysis to identify new trends and behaviors.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Technical Background: A technical sales background in lighting (ideal).
    • Industry Experience: Proven experience in selling to the hospitality and commercial sector.
    • Target-Driven Mindset: A target-driven mindset with comfort in a sales environment.
    • Autonomy and Proactivity: Autonomy in following projects and a proactive, can-do attitude.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a background in sales to the hospitality and commercial sector.

    Benefits: The company offers a competitive basic salary for the right candidate, recognizing the significance of this role. An OTE structure based on sales targets is in place. Two Saturday mornings per month are required, with time off in lieu.
