**Unit Lead - Nursing Home
Kendal, Cumbria
£19.50 per hour / £40,500**Eclypse Recruitment are looking to recruit a dedicated Senior nurse for this Unit Lead position within this large nursing home in Kendal in Cumbria.
A large home split into units to cater for the relevant care needs.

We are seeking Nurses ready to take on this senior post as Unit Lead - we can accept RGN, RMN or RNLD applicants you will be placed within the unit suited to your experience which you can best lead within this nursing home.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Support the registered manager in providing leadership, guidance and management to nursing staff for this unit
Support the registered manager with regular nursing supervision and appraisals.
Ensure that nursing staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
Be responsible for the immediate management of nursing staff on this unit
Daily supervision of all nursing staff to ensure the delivery of excellent care.
Organising and planning nursing staff rotas.

As well as excellent salary circa £40.500 / £19.50 p/h contracted to 40 hours per week
