    Private Client Fee Earner

    We are partnering with a respected and growing law firm in Somerset to find an experienced Private Client Paralegal, Legal Executive or Solicitor to join their team.

    About the Role:

    This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to establish a rewarding career with a firm that prides itself on delivering exceptional service and offering opportunities for professional growth.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Manage a diverse caseload, including Wills, LPAs, and taxable/non-taxable Estates, providing expert guidance to clients.
    • Build relationships with new and existing clients to support business development and expand the department's presence.
    • Network and engage with external contacts to promote the department and enhance its reputation.
    • Take ownership of administrative tasks, with some remote support available, to ensure efficient case management.

    Your Background:

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • Proven experience in a busy Private Client fee-earning role, handling both routine and complex cases.
    • Exceptional client-facing, communication, and networking skills, enabling effective relationship-building and conflict resolution.
    • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
    • STEP membership or Solicitors for the Elderly accreditation is advantageous but not essential.
