Description
As a Customer Representative, you will have the opportunity to assist customers, provide support, and ensure their overall satisfaction.

Your ability to effectively communicate, analyse customer needs, and provide excellent service will contribute to the success of our company.


Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with customers in person to provide assistance and resolve inquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Up sell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences
  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products/services

Experience:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets

Salary:
From £24,847.70 per year
