Position:


As VM Coordinator, you will be an ambassador of the brand, ensuring the implementation and execution of visual merchandising standards across the region in line with Marc Jacobs guidelines.

Reporting directly to the VM Manager, you will build strong relationships with the retail teams to ensure the consistency and quality of all directives across all product areas.


Profile:


Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinating daily the VM setup and refresh of all the retail and wholesale stores as per the direction of the VM Manager.
  • Implement collections across retail and wholesale stores within the region according to the Marc Jacobs guidelines.
  • Ensure the consistent and correct display of product ensuring consistency with the brand image and the guidelines provided.
  • Communicate closely with the retail teams to embed and monitor brand image compliance across the region by reviewing photos, cascading guidelines and supporting store queries or escalations.
  • Working closely and supporting BOH for preparation of new products to be implemented in store for each launch.
  • Analyse and monitor the effect and impact of specific VM actions across the region on business results per store and product category and feedback.
  • Offer creative support and set up to new locations or popup stores.
  • Communicate to and coach retail teams on all visual guidelines and new directives.
  • Assist with the development and delivery of VM training to store teams.

Additional information:


  • Strong VM experience (ideally in the luxury retail industry).

  • Organised, proactive, agile and dynamic.
  • Positive and passionate with an ability to motivate others.
  • Strong computer skills including office, photoshop etc.
